Shipping policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping of $15 anywhere within New Zealand for all our orders. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

All orders are processed by the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you did not receive notification please email us and we will follow up. 

Occasionally damage can happen during shipping, so we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage promptly (within 5 days). If this happens we will work on getting a replacement or refund to you.
