Return and refund policy
At Eco Gard, we take design and product quality seriously.
However, if you discover a problem with your purchase, please get in touch by email or phone (022 594 6919)
Change of mind: If you make a purchase from us and then change your mind, we offer a refund (less shipping and handling fees) within 14 days after receiving the product as long as your Eco Gards are unused in the original box. Please get in touch with us to arrange. Once they arrive back to us (at your cost), we will check everything is okay and will process your refund within 5 working days.
Natural variations: Since Eco Gard components are made from jute, bamboo and wool, natural variations are to be expected (for example in the thickness of the bamboo). We think this is makes our product more interesting!
Faults: Although we screen our products along the way, occasionally some defects do slip through (such as a piece of broken bamboo). If this happens to your order please get in touch by email or phone as soon as possible, and we'll arrange to send you a replacement or offer a refund.
Difficulties after installation: If you discover a problem with your Eco Gards after they have been installed, please read through the installation instructions again to make sure you put them in properly. Do get in touch if you still have an issue. In general we are not able to offer a refund after the product has been installed (unless covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act).
Transit damages: Occasionally damage can happen during shipping, so we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage promptly (within 5 days). If this happens we will work on getting a replacement or refund to you.
